Villa Kitoko
A private ocean retreat on Madagascar’s southwest coast.
Villa Kitoko is an eco-designed beachfront villa created for immersive coastal living. Contemporary Afro-chic architecture, solar-powered systems, natural materials and generous indoor-outdoor spaces come together in one of Madagascar’s most preserved environments.
More than a property, it is the first expression of the Mozalago approach: distinctive design, a strong sense of place, careful operations and a guest experience that feels both exceptional and authentic.
